How to choose laboratory grown diamonds?

There are several factors that come into play when determining the best lab-grown diamond companies:

Quality Assurance

The quality of lab-grown diamonds is paramount. Look for companies that produce diamonds with high standards of clarity, color and cut to ensure you receive a beautiful and brilliant gem.

Transparency

Transparency is essential in the diamond industry. Look for companies that provide detailed information about their production process, including the origin of their diamonds and their ethical and environmental practices.

Certifications

Reputable lab-grown diamond companies should adhere to industry standards and hold certifications from recognised organisations such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

Customer Reviews

Customer reviews provide valuable insight into the reputation and reliability of lab-grown diamond companies. Positive reviews from satisfied customers can indicate a company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

High Temperature and High Pressure

The lab grown diamonds produced by our company are all cultivated using the mainstream diamond cultivation technology, high temperature and high pressure technology, and are cultivated using a six-sided top press. The graphite column wrapped with graphite powder, diamond seeds and metal catalysts is placed in an ultra-high temperature and high pressure reaction chamber. The graphite powder is catalyzed by the metal catalyst powder and crystallized on the seeds. The diamond grows slowly around the seeds and can be generated in about a week. Finally, it is polished and cut to become a shiny new diamond.

The Difference Between Lab Diamonds and Natural Diamonds

Like natural diamonds, cultured diamonds are crystals composed of pure carbon atoms. There is no essential difference in their crystal structure, physical properties, chemical properties, and optical properties. In 2018, the US Federal Trade Commission adjusted the definition of diamonds and classified cultured diamonds into the general category of diamonds for the first time. Artificially cultivated diamonds can be certified by the three major appraisal agencies in the diamond industry, which shows that its status as a real diamond has been officially recognized.
